Description for Standard User is inaccurate

The description for the Standard User role says "All permissions except Admin" and yet it includes several critical permissions under "Access Admin".
 
This description needs to be edited by Marketo immediately. We were lucky to have discovered this issue. After a couple of weeks of discussion we were finally able to get Marketo to remove the “Standard User” role from our environment. I suggest everyone do the same until Marketo fixes this.

I'm curious...is this something that you are seeing when looking at the Standard User role in the Admin panel, or is it that one of your Marketo users who is assigned tot he Standard User role is able to access portions of Admin despite those permissions being unchecked in the role settings?  I'm looking at our Standard User permissions now and nothing is checked in the Admin section permissions.

I am referring to the description of the role itself. Ours has been deleted so I can't say for sure, but if I remember correctly, an admin has the option of assigning certain admin functions listed under the Standard user role.

I'm a Marketo Admin and while I can see the permission options for Access Admin in the Standard User role, I cannot save any changes I make to it.  When I attempt to save it with additional privileges in Admin, I get an error message that the "Standard User is a system role and cannot be changed," which according to this article is expected behavior.  I wonder if this issue is a bug affecting certain Marketo instances.

Maybe this whole issue is moot. All I know is that I sent several emails to support on this and everyone was going to see what they could do yet nothing happened. After severl weeks I happened to notice that they had finally decided to remove our Standard User role as I had suggested as a compromise. No one had thought to tell me they had done this. It seems that every time we ask Marketo how to do something their response is it can't be done and I should really suggest this to the Community. I really don't have the time to keep suggesting fixes to their system becuaase there are too many things that don't work.
