Nice to have a function where you can create list on a random sample based off a number and not a percentage.
For example I have 60k contacts and only want a test sample size of 10K to test in one list and 10K to test in a second.
Currently, i have to do the math and make 6 separate lists at 10 % to get the 10K list.
