Lynda.com is where I do most of my software training and the format makes it easy to follow and use. Perhaps there is an opportunity to sync this up with the desire for users to be certified. I have not been incredibly happy with the University portion of this site and I think there are some best practices that can be gleaned from Lynda.com.
Hi David -- Thanks for your observations. We are indeed currently redesigning the University pages and are implementing an LMS, to make the selection of courses and learning paths easier. Like anything that is simple to use and elegant to view, there is some complexity behind the curtain-- we will debut it soon. Testing it now! --Suzanne
