When someone signs up for a webinar, an ICS file is made by marketo through a token. This issue was discussed here:

1) Token generated ICS file which will generate the calendar event with no reminder (no option for it either)
2) Manually uploaded ICS file which will generate the calendar event with a reminder but no dynamic content like link to webinare and personalized information.
It's nice to be able to choose to use a token to generate the ICS or upload any ICS file we want to be sent out but it would be nicer to have the best of both worlds. It is as simple as adding 1 line to the ICS file to make the reminder appear.
I wish there is a way to edit the Token generated ICS file or to append to it.
If it is too much to ask for an option to choose the reminder, it would be great if we can access the template that the token uses to generate the ICS file to add these lines in:
BEGIN:VALARM
TRIGGER:-PT15M
ACTION:DISPLAY
DESCRIPTION:Reminder
END:VALARM
If there is already a way to do this please inform me!
