Asset is part of program

I would like to be able to say fills out any form that is part of this program/event.

That way if we create more forms or LPs within that program/event, I don't have to update my smart list/triggers. I know what it will capature any forms or other assets that are included in that event.

I think I'm missing something in this idea- if you put a local form in a Program and fill it out, doesn't it put you in the Program?

So I want to be able to say:

Trigger = Fills out form; form is any form in this specific program


Right now, I say:

Trigger = Fills out form; form is XYZ

then if I create a second form in the program, I have to update that trigger rule to say, Trigger = Fills out form; Form is XYZ and 123

What I would like is to say, fills out any form that is tied to this local program. I can create as many forms as I need and all leads that fill out the form will go through the flow WITHOUT having to update the logic to say fills out forml form is XY, 123, A&C, etc.


Doe that make sense?

Got it. Not a perfect solution, but have you tried doing something like:

Fills out form; form contains "Program One."

Because the program name is always the beginning of the local form name, it should work.

No that does not work. I spoke with support and they said it was not possible. I thought that would be the quick fix but nope, no luck.
