Microsoft Created Date is not being reflected in Marketo after a record is inserted in from Marketo to Dynamics CRM. From support " Microsoft Created Date field not to bed populated in Marketo after we insert a net new record in the CRM"
These are required fields on the initial sync. So shouldn't they be synced at all times?
We like to use the field to compare Marketo create date against Microsoft's create date to see the time difference between our systems. By being able to compare the first instance a contact is in both systems we can get a sense if there is any major delays or foreseeable problems.
