We strongly feel that the admin users should be given a previlage to default the FROM email address to XXX@XXX.com under Admin >> Email section. Currently, the changes that are made here is applied only for that particular user and not for all. Our requirement is that we do not want the users to change the email address and it should be a default one all the time.
Workaround suggested - Giving "Email admin" access with all workspaces for all users so they can default the email address. We are not happy with this as we were not looking to give all workspace access to all the users.
Please see if you can bring in an option for this in your future releases.
