Add Multiple Smartlists to "Member of Smartlist" filter

It would be great if when I am using the "Member of Smart List" filter, if I could add multiple smartlists to one filter, instead of having to pull in a new filter for each individual smartlist. I can do this with the Member of Program, Member of Smart Campaign, and Member of List filter. Just not "Member of Smart List."
