Add email sender tokens

Currently Marketo provides tokens for Account Owner and Lead Owner, but not Email Sender.  Some Marketing Automation systems provide this, so that you don't have the awkward situation where an inside rep sends an MSI email to his field rep's lead, but the email template merges the name of the lead owner into the email, rather than the sender. 

To avoid this, we've had to create smart campaigns and flag fields that temporarily change the lead owner to the inside sales rep during an inside sales campaign.

The best way to handle this is a token that references who is sending the email and merges  - please add this.

We ran into this problem with sales insight. We want reps to send an email that has their contact info at the bottom using tokens, but that rep may not be the lead owner. We essentially just want a token that pulls the info of the logged in user (It sounds more ridiculous and simple every time I say it).

Unfortunately, after many many conference calls with Marketo about this, it's pretty much not possible with the way their software is built. We're currently working with them to build a custom solution that would work along those lines.

We just ran into this as well. We are quite new to Salesforce, and haven't assigned Lead Owners yet. We may end up using Lead Queues, which would still require this feature (and as others as stated, even if the Lead is owned by an actual user, what if someone else sends them an email?)
Obviously the ideal solution is to use the "Current User" info from Salesforce. If that isnt easy, it should still be possible to make improvements. Our users manually typing in their signatures leaves a lot of room for improvement...
