Frequently, when approving a form or a template, users tend to forget about the consequences of it: the creation of sometimes hundreds of drafts in emails and landing pages.
I propose to have a validation dialog to appear (only if the form or template is being used) when someone hits the "Approve" or "Approve and close" menu items in a form or a template with a message such as:
"This FORM/Template is being used in XXX emails/landing pages. Approving it will create a draft for each of them."
Then the dialog would have 2 buttons: "approve" or "cancel"
