Add a default form and/or make the mktoForm mandatory in a guided LP template

Hi All,

I would like to force a user to set a form in a mktoForm element in guided LP template so that a LP could not be inadvertently validated without a form in it.

Having the possibility to also set a default form for the form element would also be welcome.
