Ability to turn off dual DKIM signing using default mktosender.com

If the account has a verified domain with DKIM and SPF (i.e. my.domain.com), that account should have the ability to turn off the dual DKIM signing for:

dkim=pass header.i=@mktosender.com header.s=m1

and only sign for

dkim=pass header.i=@my.domain.com header.s=myselectorname
