Ability to insert progressive profiling fields where desired in a form

I would like to be able to control where progressive profiling fields appear in the form, instead of being forced to have them appear at the end of the form.

For example:

First name
last name
<insert 2 progressive profiling demographic fields>
email
enewsletter subscription check box
