Ability to have multiple unsubscribe footers for different types of emails

Right now there is just one global unsubscribe footer on all emails. It would be nice if you could create different unsubscribe footers (one for nurturing emails / sales insight emails that come from a person, one for newsletters / mass marketing emails, etc.). I find it limiting to not be able to customize the unsubscribe footer on a per email basis.

We use snippets for the footers (mostly for different langauages but also to swap out the newsletters v tradeshow promo v marketing emails) works like a charm.

How do you use a snippet in the unsubscribe text?

Can a snippet work? I don't see how but really need to know how to do this

Snippets has a few big failings... 1) Everyone has to remember to put it in every time (or use the correct template). 2) Sales Insight users can delete the snippet text from the email before they send them out (no matter how many times we tell them not to).

We also need to have this functionality. Eloqua provide such type of functionality. In Eloqua we can create a bunch of unsub footers and they use the required footer at the time of template creation. So, it would be good to have such functionality available in Marketo soon.
