Were my points transferred from the old Community site

Just want to make sure my points were transferred from the old site.

Your points (and thus, status) will be migrated from the old Marketo Community to this new Community. In other words, if you had 901 points on May 8 you will have 901 points at launch.

A few things to note:

  • Points earned between May 8th and launch were not captured due to migrating the information at that time
  • We have redesigned all our rewards and missions, so those will not migrate

To see an overview of our new points and rewards system view Points, Badges, and Levels which can also be accessed by clicking "Earn Rewards" on the Help homepage.
