the menu is narrow

Hi

I found a strange issue.

When I scroll up the page and pull the menu, the menu is narrow.

It depends on the position.

See below.

Scroll up a bit. we can't see 'Community: Feerdback & Help' and 'University'.

Scroll up a bit again.

Scroll up a bit again. we can see nothing.
