SFDC Sync Error - Mandatory Company Field

Hi All,

We want to sync leads to SF only when they are MQL, however, we don't have Company field on our website forms. For a fact the Company field is required to have a successful synch and to accommodate that we are passing the Default Value as "NULL" into Company as a hidden filed on our web forms. But still it's throwing an error and not synching with Salesforce. Is there something we can do to have a successful synch without having Company field visible on our web forms?

NULL is the keyword for "empty this field" in Marketo forms. It's the opposite of what you want.
