Page doesn't auto scroll back to top when I click next

When I use the Page Number or Arrows at the bottom of each discussion, the page does not auto scroll back to the top.

Basically when I click the arrow or number this is how the page looks to me:

It moves to Page 2, but I'm at the bottom of the discussions, this happens for all pages. I'm using a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch) on Chrome 50.

It's a bug. I have reported it and will try and find out when it can be fixed.
