I'm using the "Not Filter" in a Smart List to exclude contact that are marked as Industry = Government as:
Industry [Is Not] Government
However, when I run the smart list there are 50 to 60 contacts that classified as Government. Do I have a fundamental misunderstanding of how "Not" filters work or is something amiss?
