Not able to add assignments on sfdc sync lead option

Hi, I am having an issue with the flow for "Sync Lead to SFDC."  Currently, where is shows "Assign To" some of the sales people are not currently showing up as an option. I have checked their profiles in SFDC, and everything mimics the others that do show in the list.  Please help if you can!

If you have a lot of users, this might happen. Try starting to type their names.

Also (and sorry to ask obvious questions) are you sure that these users are active in SFDC ?
