Moving my community profile to a new company

I started using Marketo at a new company but it's been a year and a half since I left the other company. Is my old community profile still available? I've filled out the profile change form a while back but I'm not getting any feedback, maybe it's been too long?

Hi Scott. No worries!

I've used that form a couple times (tried it again today); filled out my info and clicked Submit but as I do so I just get redirected to here: https://nation.marketo.com/welcome

Is there another way to fix this?
