Merge Community Accounts

Hello,

I'm not sure where to best ask this question as I didn't see an email address I could reach out to, but is there a way to merge two community accounts together? I filled out the Move to New company form but haven't heard back in a few days. It was be nice to have my Marketo Certification tied to my new account.
