Marketo Certification Doesn't Show on Profile

I took the Marketo Certification exam over a month and it does not show up on my profile, I was not accepted into the LinkedIn Group, and when you search for MCE's I do not show up. I've contacted support and the certification groups and they were both unable to fix this.
