Noticed this bug a couple days ago. Although I don't think submitting a case with Marketo will help because it's a Jive issue. Maybe Janet Dulsky​ can help.

Takehiro Masaki​ and Devraj Grewal​, the issue with Ideas has been resolved for now. The fix on Jive's end is manual. They are still working on the underlying bug.
