Change My Profile

Hi,

I wanted to know if there is a way to change you profile when you switch Jobs, so that you may not loose all the community work you had done while working with the previous organization. I found a link to the form on the community Introduction page, but that link is not working any more. If some one has some working link, request you to provide the same.
