I live in Toronto, CA since 2002, originally from Venezuela.

I always see challenges as opportunities, I like to acquire experience and knowledge to tackle any situation and find the best solution. I am a professional with 'make it happen' spirit and team mentality. I have short experience with Marketo. I use it for retention activities,   I also develop customer's models (segmentation, value, etc) and run the voice of the customer program in B2B Company.

I went to my first user group, it was a great experience and I recommend going to everyone, it is useful and you meet interesting people.

I learned when designing your A/B testing try to keep it simple, and try hard to understand hypothesis testing so you could make the best decision.
