Overview

Blend is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst who can own programs infrastructure and managing the systems required to support the field marketing and demand generation teams. The ideal hire will utilize Marketo and Salesforce to its fullest potential, employing any and all features available in support of inbound and outbound full-funnel marketing activities. This will also include using your strong analytical skills and experience to help with marketing performance reporting and analysis.

We are looking for someone that has an eye for finding inefficient systems and the drive to improve them. You are also able to work independently and across multi-disciplined teams, especially in a fast-paced, regularly evolving startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Marketo email campaigns end-to-end from target identification to post-campaign reporting
  • Test and optimize to improve open rates, CTR, conversion and other relevant KPIs
  • Build the architecture for multi-touch nurture programs for audiences across the customer lifecycle
  • Own setup, testing, execution and reporting on Marketo-based campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lead routing
  • Assist with ongoing database operations efforts including documentation, segmentation, and list management
  • Be a system super-user, driving data hygiene improvements and best practices
  • Work closely with the embedded Business Operations team to review demand generation and field marketing program requirements and identify and consult on areas requiring process improvement
  • Assist in the ideation, creation, and optimization of SFDC marketing team reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
  • Experience with MAP (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce) and related full stack marketing applications
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Proven project management experience

Preferred Familiarity With

  • Multi-touch attribution models
  • Python (Jupyter notebook/Pandas)
  • Tableau / SQL
  • ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment platforms
  • Adwords and LinkedIn campaign backend admin
  • Outreach or similar sales enablement platforms
  • Engagio or similar ABM platform
