MSI has a new MSD solution available that is compatible with Microsoft UCI interface.
For customers who currently have an MSI solution installed:
1. Disable Global MS Dynamics Sync
2. Uninstall MSI from your MS Dynamics Instance
3. Install and Configure Marketo Sales Insight in Microsoft Dynamics Online
Due to some technical limitations, currently users will not be able to upgrade to new solution. They can only uninstall existing solution and install the new one.
UPDATE:
You no longer need to uninstall your previous MSI solution. Create a support ticket requesting for help on upgrading your solution and we will be able to help you with the process.
Customers who do not have any previous solution installed:
Install and Configure Marketo Sales Insight in Microsoft Dynamics Online
