Adobe is targeting to release the IP restrictions feature in Adobe Admin Console by September 2025. This feature will be in the form of an allow list, supporting IPv4. Feature documentation will be available closer to the release date.

Following general availability of the feature, legacy Marketo Engage subscriptions with IP restrictions will be able to start their User Migration process. Moving to Adobe Identity Management System (IMS) ensures that Marketo customers are aligned with future developments and can benefit from upcoming innovations like AI-powered marketing insights and deeper data integrations.

Once pre-requisites (if applicable) are met, the default User Migration date will be scheduled 30 days out in the future. A Marketo Engage admin can update the default migration date once from the pre-migration console in the Admin area of Marketo Engage.

Your Adobe Admin Console System Admin will need to set up the allowed IP address/range list in the Admin Console prior to the start of User Migration to ensure a seamless coverage. The configuration will not be copied over from Marketo Engage to Admin Console.
