Is there a way to proactively end the Dynamic chat for user or give them option to end the conversation if they do not wish to see chat bot anymore ? also as per following tutorial there is a card for "Actions" we do not see it in our instance. how to enable it in our instance and not sure about functionality as there is no documentation for it.

Well, a visitor can always click on the chat widget to close/suspend the chatbot. The Engaged with Dialogue activity would log the chat transcript till the point user had the chat. FYR- Engaged with Dialogue activity gets logged every time a known visitor has a chat on one of your Dialogues. Also, AFAICT, the Actions card is still in the Beta phase, it should be enabled in GA soon. To give you a sneak peek, the Action card allows users to set a value in the Marketo attributes (field) synced with the Dynamic Chat. Documentation would be updated once the feature is released as GA.
