Is there any way to customize an email and make it dynamic based on an individual customer rather than just a broad market segment?
We want our sales people to be able to add some personal info to the emails we schedules to send. Some personal note like "how is your dog?/It was nice to catch up with you for a coffee last week", but without sales people having an access to Marketo and messing up with templates. I assume this info would be fed from SalesForce (custom field). So if sales people don't want to add anything personal, the email will go out as standard, but of they want to insert something before the deadline, they can.
Do you know of a good way?
This would technically work as you've suggested. However, the concept doesn't seem scalable to me and it can potentially result in weird sounding emails.
What about the other way around, by using Sales Insight Emails?
