Communication to sales could be done through more than 1 method like Sending alert (Snapshot below) or through MSE
But given the options in this specific question, the right option would be through "lead status"

The answer to the first question is A - Lead Status. It cannot be C because the option says "Send the LEAD an alert" not send Sales Owner an alert. and are clearly the wrong answers to this question.

I was confused that Lead status is the just the indication for Sales. But they mentioned in the question about "communicated to sales". Don't you think that communication should be by sending an email only?
