Our team is really excited to get rolling with Marketo ABM. It's my understanding that there will be some features that are not part of the initial rollout, such as:
Can the team validate this; and if so, provide some sort of product roadmap matrix so that we can effectively communicate this to our teams? The team got all excited when I presented an overview today that included the image of the dashboard. Will all of these data points/reports be included on the dashboard on day 1 (aside from the account score)? And like others, we're definitely interested in knowing how Sales will be able to get these insights - especially the dashboard view - without having a seat in Marketo (which is unrealistic for us since we have over 500 sellers). Dan, great questions!
- Everything that you see in the dashboard will be available on day 1.
- Account Score will be supported on day 1.
What will not be available on day 1 but coming very soon -
- Account Import via Excel, but you can create accounts directly from CRM system or Marketo Lead Database or Manually in the first release.
- Sales to access ABM insights outside of Marketo (e.g. Weekly digest, Browser Plugin). But you can use sales alerts and notifications in the meantime.
