Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

sorry not ignoring - the email performance report doesn't drill down. Is there a way to drill down?

Looking for something closer to this, that shows each interaction on one report. Joseph, can I get this from a smart campaign?

Yes, you will be able to access the results tab in the smart campaign.

Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

ok, I think I got it

  1. use a default campaign with email and smart list
  2. nest the default campaign in an engagement stream as only a trigger mechanism
  3. use both engagement reports and smart campaign results for my report

Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

You could do that but you will still need to go into each program to pull the results.  Depending on how many emails you have this could be time consuming.

I was thinking more along the lines of decommissioning your current nurture program and rebuilding the campaign as a default program.  You can add all emails to the flow and use wait steps to control the cadence.

Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

I had considered that as well... if doing it that way, is there a way to pull a report for a group of default programs, like a faux "stream"?

Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

Put all the emails in the same default program's smart campaign.  From there you can access the results tab of that 1 campaign to see the cumulative results.

Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

That makes sense. Thanks

Is there anything lost by not using an engagement program, just so I'm aware of the disadvantages as well.

Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

You will lose a couple things:

  1. The ability to pause and restart a leads cadence in an email stream.
  2. The ability to add new content to a stream and have it go out to those leads that were previously exhausted.
  3. The ability to expire content within the stream.

As you can see there will be some trade-offs but if you have a set comm flow that will not be altered frequently you should be fine.

Re: Nurture Campaign Reports

Thanks... I'll have to put some effort into building the right default campaign and smart campaigns, but I think it's the better way for us.

Thanks again Joseph and Gregoire
