I have been able to sync the Marketo Sales Insight system with Salesforce, but I am having an issue granting access to the plugin in the dashboards of our sales guys. Does anyone have a quick way to describe how I grant access to the system for those that are not administrators?
Do you mean the Outlook PlugIn?
Or you mean the visualforce panel in SFDC? There are instructions for both on docs.marketo.com. You may need an SFDC admin to help you.
I'm having issues with permissions on the lead object layout. I was able to give access to the Marketo tab though. I'll check with SF and see if they can help. Thank you!
