Use tokens in the "sync lead to SFDC" and "Change owner" flow steps

We should be able to use any token containing the SFDC ID or the User ID of a salesforce User to assign leads in the "Sync lead to SFDC" or the "Change Owner" flow steps.

Marketo tends to miss business justifications for some features. With a little work on features like this, Marketo could easily obviate the need for overlapping or competitive products that do lead routing. The flexibility of smart lists and segmentations, combined with the visual interface for stringing together conditional logic, makes doing lead routing significantly easier than some alternatives (especially those that do this as a black box service). Better to have those dollars go to demand generation rather than diverted to do mechanical tasks that could be handled by the solution you already own.
