It is well understood that contact-rates by sales development reps drop off significantly with time - in a non-linear fashion. Marketo only allows integer score decays (e.g. -10 points weekly), but that does not reflect reality. Your own eBook 'The Definitive Guide to Lead Score' says you can do percentage score degradation, but apparently this is not the case. Can you please add this feature?
