Would be great to have a list of the Static Lists and Smart Lists a person is member of in the person's record. Something similar to what assets have (used by) but in each person's record.

For this to work you need to make sure the channel is set up appropriately to mirror GTW statuses. You can see this in Admin, Tags, Channel.
We have used JotForms Online Form Builder · JotForm not only for ourselves internally but for some of our customers. Even though there is no standard integration with Marketo they have an API and you can integrate it.In terms of integration it depends on what you want to do, of course.
