I don't see anywhere on the FB side to deauth. It seems likely that there is something on that end that needs to be changed, but I wasn't able to find it and FB support told me to contact Marketo. Do you know of a way to deauth from the FB side??

Hey JoshI didn't log out. I assume deleting the service under LaunchPoint would break the connection. I have also re-authorized from the new instance, but leads are still flowing into the old instance.

The update didn't work. The change is still happening, but it's not from the flow.
