Changed Acquisition program for a group, any way to revert back?

Hello!

Recently I changed the acquisition program for a group of people, all of them were assigned to a new group. This was a mistake... I would like to return these individuals to their original acquisition programs. Does anyone know the most efficient way to do this? There are of course a large range of acquisition groups that these people belonged to.

Thanks!

Re: Changed Acquisition program for a group, any way to revert back?

The most effective way I've seen customers reverse an action, is to export the campaign results and then manipulate it in Excel to be a list they can import to correct the values. If you made the change by selecting leads in a smart list and clicking Lead Actions, a link to the background campaign should be in their activity log.

I would also recommend blocking Acquisition Program from updates in Admin > Field Management (after you've corrected them) to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Sure, just find that group.

Run Change Data Value: Acqusition Program Name=X

If they were from a variety of groups, you may be able to run or look at Data Value Was Changed to Y. But it'll be hard to extract that out in Marketo. If you happened to sync that field to SFDC, you can run the old value report and then reimport it back.
