When creating a segment in WP, a filter can only be used once. Once you drop it to the main pane, it is greyed and cannot be added a second time:

As a result, use case such as "any one who has visited 2 specific pages" or "any one who has visited "2 distinct pages amongst a list of 4" are impossible to implement.

Please Marketo, add this possibility that seems so basic...
