Currently in the UI, users cannot write to the field "Marketing Suspended Cause" even though it is primarily used by marketers. The only time the system writes to this field is an edge case in which a Sales Insight email is sent to a lead not currently in the database ("Lead created by Sales Insight with unknown name").
It would be great if this field was opened up to the users so that when we are marking leads as suspended, we can record a reason. Currently we have to create another field for this same exact purpose which creates more clutter in the system when a field we should be able to write to already exists.
