Add 'in past before' operator to all filters with Date of Activity constraints

The new the 'in past before' date operator is a great addition to the date field filters.  Please add the 'in past before' date operator to the Lead History filters with Date of Activity constraints (e.g. Visted Web Page, Lead was Created, Filled Out Form, Data Value Changed, etc.).
