How do I customize the call outcome in Tout Phone?

    Great question!

    1. Go to your Setup page in Salesforce 2016-05-09 at 1.38 PM.png
    2. Customize > Activities > Task Fields 2016-05-09 at 1.37 PM.png
    3. Click into Subject field
    4. From here, you can add/remove/re-order all the options 2016-05-09_at_1.38_pm.png
    5. Then, you will see this custom list in Tout when completing a call 2016-05-09 at 1.43 PM.png
