    Director of Marketing in Heart of Austin, Texas

           Job Description

      Liquid Litigation Management, Inc. (LLM) is looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing team of industry-leading e-discovery professionals. The Director of Marketing role is responsible for spearheading and executing marketing strategies that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and maintain our status as a legal industry thought leader. The ideal candidate understands the fine balance between creativity and analysis in B2B marketing and can use this knowledge to engage with our audience in new and compelling ways.
      This role will work closely with the CEO, the VP of Sales, and the Director of Software Development to ensure consistency of messaging and create sales enablement resources.

      Responsibilities
      •           Create and execute marketing strategy and campaigns
      •           Utilize marketing automation software and CRM solution to provide timely and accurate lead analysis and status updates to the Sales Team
      •           Manage lead generation through email marketing, content creation, and advertising
      •           Create and deploy nurture campaigns and ad campaigns
      •           Work with internal team, graphic designer, and copywriter to create fresh and engaging educational content
      •           Create and edit sales and marketing collateral as we add or update product features
      •           Plan and execute strategy for conferences, webinars, and trade shows
      •           Provide thought generation around company direction, opportunities, and growth
      •           Compile monthly reports on marketing analytics/KPIs and adjust methods when necessary  
      •           Update and maintain website, social media, and blog
      •           Perform competitive research and analysis
      •           Write, publish, and promote press releases
      •           Manage sponsorships and vendor relationships
       
      Qualifications
      •           3 to 5+ years B2B marketing experience
      •           Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
      •           Strong communication and writing skills
      •           Well-organized and detail-oriented
      •           Tech-savvy and quick learner
      •           Proficient with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
      •           Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, but must also be able to contribute to team initiatives
      •           Prior experience at a technology company, specifically SaaS, a plus
      •           Prior experience in the legal industry a plus
