We’re seeking a B2B digital marketing expert with a focus on web lead generation and demand generation.
The Digital Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will play an integral role in orchestrating and executing b2b digital marketing and lead generation/demand generation strategies for Zerto. Beginning with zerto.com and our database as a foundation, the individual will be tasked with leading online initiatives that leverage data and hyper-targeting technologies to acquire and nurture qualified leads, drive them through the path to sales readiness, and build pipeline growth. The Digital Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will lead various online marketing projects from concept and strategy through execution, measurement and optimization. Expertise in either search marketing, web management or account based marketing strongly preferred.
- Devise data-driven strategies to form and execute scalable end-to-end online lead generation and engagement programs
- Manage marketing automation capabilities such as list segmentation and scoring to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects
- Recommend and execute strategies to develop quality traffic to the company’s website and online experiences, drive online traffic and conversion to sales
- Participate in the management and growth of the company’s Search Marketing (SEO, PPC) programs
- Lead collaboration between Sales and Digital Marketing; provide regular campaign updates, encourage feedback and implement optimizations to ensure Marketing produces highly qualified leads that contribute to the sales pipeline
- Uncover opportunity and drive change by proactively identifying digital marketing innovations and activating the latest b2b marketing technologies
- Scrutinize CRM, site analytics and marketing attribution data to provide insights and guidance to acquire leads aligned to target buying personas
- Track and report across all online channels and utilizes online reporting tools
Skills and Essential Functions:
- Mastery-level (7+ years) interdisciplinary digital marketing experience with a focus on Web Management and PPC/SEO in a B2B lead generation focused environment
- B2B experience a must
- Web Analytics and Salesforce experience a must
- Lead funnel analysis and optimization experience required
- Must have a working knowledge marketing automation and lead nurturing tactics
- Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills and be able to effectively communicate as the ambassador of Zerto online.
