Repeat batch email for multiple customers

I have an onboarding campaign that I would like to run for multiple customers. The flow includes multiple emails and wait steps that, in total, take about 15 days to run. I successfully launched the first batch for Customer X yesterday. I'd like to run the same campaign today for Customer Y. I updated my smart list to include Customer Y, but when I look at the potential recipients of this next batch run, it doesn't include anyone from Customer Y. 

Do I need to wait for the entire 15 day campaign to finish before I can edit my smart list filters and re-run for a new customer? 

I have about 140 new customers I need to onboard in the coming weeks so I'm looking for the easiest way to manage that process and control the launch date of each specific customer's onboarding experience. Any suggestions?
