      Euromonitor seeks an experienced marketing operations specialist to contribute towards our global marketing and communications strategy as the key stakeholder for Marketo. This position will develop and implement marketing automation strategies and is responsible for the ongoing evolution of our inbound marketing system architecture including lead management processes and reporting.       Responsibilities:

      • Oversee Marketo development globally as the key stakeholder, handling systems architecture, CRM sync with Salesforce, data flows and alignment alongside supporting Revenue Cycle Modeler and Marketo Sales Insight
      • Support the ongoing evolution and improvements to our lead management processes and lead lifecycle including segmentation, lead nurturing, lead scoring/qualification models, de-duplication and lead delivery queues
      • Optimize database segmentation, data cleansing and data normalization strategies
      • Management and quality assurance of program implementation across Marketo including templates, A/B testing and ongoing improvements across all project and campaign types within Marketo
      • Manage, grow and improve upon all marketing analytics and reporting across Marketo, Google Analytics and Salesforce, ensuring improvements to all components of the team across campaigns, database cleanliness, the lead lifecycle, pipeline contribution, ROI and overall marketing team performance
      • Maintain and improve microsites and subscription management strategies for stronger conversions and a better customer experience
      • Working with your marketing and sales colleagues, support marketing and sales alignment with reporting, best practices and suggestions for lead management improvements

      Skills and Experience:

      • Strong knowledge of Marketo, Revenue Cycle Analytics, Revenue Modeler and Marketo Sales Insight with prior experience administrating and developing lead models and lifecycles, ideally within in a B2B environment
      • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing or related field
      • Experience using Salesforce integration with Marketo including field creation, campaigns and reporting
      • Strong analytical skills including tracking, reporting, and analyzing results demonstrating ROI across campaigns and goals
      • Google Analytics certification preferred with lead attribution experience ideal
      • Ringlead experience preferred
      • Ability to engage, teach and support a wide range of Marketo users across different levels of experience
      • Strong project management experience. Must be extremely organized and obsessed with creating and improving process. Must be able to handle multiple projects at a time and stay focused on the details
      • Marketing campaign development and inbound marketing experience with B2B experience preferred. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced and quickly evolving editorial planning schedule.
