SFDC activities not showing up in Contact Activity History

Hi All,

 

We have the Email Sent, Opened, Clicked link activities sync enabled per the set up documentation: Customize Activities Sync - Marketo Docs - Product Docs . I sent myelf a test message a few hours ago and opened/clicked in the email.  I assumed I would see the activities show up on my contact record in SFDC but they aren't there.  My SFDC admin confirmed that the integration user has the ability to create Activities (Type: tasks) but I don't see anything tied to email activity from Marketo.

 

Am I missing something?

EDIT: The program I used to send the test email was an email program, not a smart campaign that utilizes a send email flow step.  I don't know if that helps.
