ABM Program - Best Practices, Reporting, Successes, Failures ...
Echoing everyone else on the ABM stuff, using both soon-to-come functionality and existing functionality for those of us who might not have the add-on. Also looking forward to what I'm hoping will be a Women in Tech track!
When you submit to speak (I hope you do!) you'll see an area for a few women in tech spots. There will be space for a couple of those this year which is great!
Account based marketing and more case studies/ user stories on practical applications of Marketo and how other companies build and use certain campaigns successfully
I'm always curious as to how other organizations manage data hygiene both with Marketo and enforcing standards within the CRM in data that sales teams handle day to day.
More around triggering emails for other business units. Examples: Renewals, Customer Success ect.
In addition more around upsell campaigns and lead lifecycle beyond the funnel (pyramid funnels, etc.)
More around new features like ABM, the new Email Editor, and as always, my fav, as many customer case studies/stories to show how others are successfully using Marketo in their business.
More customer stories, less partners and way less generic/starter content.
ABM success stories from early adopters, Reporting, Maybe a fun session about the things you never thought you could do with the Marketo Instance, More case studies, Women of Marketo stories, Maybe a few focus group or customer round tables that allow you to meet individuals in similar industries or titles to share information.
Dedicated IPs do's and don'ts
Cleaning up your database
Reengaging inactive leads
Best practices for Sales/Marketing alignment and organizational change management
Would love to see Tips, Tricks, Shortcuts You Can Use Now.
Definitely more on ABM. Also would love to hear more user cases. There was a great presentation last year that highlighted just how different sfdc sync can be with some folks at 5 minutes or so and others as long as 30 minutes. I think it was really enlightening to just hear the various stories, and then of course it gives ppl. a great objective to leave with and go back do some major tidy-up on fields that sync, etc.
You can select the topic you are submitting for, and we added ABM and women in tech tracks, FYI!
